I am a Clinical Cardiologist and have been practising in the Northern and Central suburbs of Sydney for over 25 years. My initial training from final year medical student to Clinical Cardiologist was undertaken at St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst where I gained extensive experience in diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases.

I had an intense interest in interventional cardiology from its earliest days of angioplasty and its evolution through to stenting and now into other forms of vascular disease as well as coronary artery disease. I now perform interventional cardiac procedures at Sydney Adventist Hospital. I am constantly interested in expanding the new areas of non-invasive interventional cardiology.

I have enjoyed clinical practice enormously on the Northern Beaches region of Sydney as well as the upper North Shore. As a Clinical Practitioner I place a high priority on giving patient’s support and empathy during the diagnostic and treatment phases of cardiovascular disease.

In my own personal life I have three children and a wonderful supportive wife and I have grown increasingly attracted to and interested in trying to improve my performance in a ridiculously frustrating game called golf. My past addiction to tennis and water sports has faded as golf looms large on my horizon.

As of September 2018 I have semi-retired and reduced my consulting days to just one per week, Mondays, alternating between Mona Vale and Frenchs Forest.
